I have avoided this restaurant for awhile but decided to give it another shot. Its was a splendid surprise. The service and cleanliness were so much more improved. Stacey is an assistant manager and is awesome and definitely made me feel welcome. Will be back for sure!

The service is so slow you wonder if the food will be fresh. We waited in the drive through for a half hour when the three cars ahead of us had only one occupant. When the food was delivered we got one hot sauce per taco when we asked for more we were told they would have to charge us. Don't waste your time going to this fiesta ole.

This location takes forever and to top it off the food is never what you order. I love fiesta Ole I even worked here as a kid and we were supposed to be fast. None of the other locations suck

I came through the drive thru today. The girl who took my order was also working the window. There was a car in front of me and behind me. I got to the window and the girl, walked over to the window, looked in my bag, and then opened the window. She told me "5.38" and stuck out her hand. She did not say anything else to me, and handed out my food and then slammed the window shut. I had no napkins, or hot sauce, which she should have put in there after she looked in the bag. I know people have rough days at work, but customer service is important. At least confirm the order your handing out the window is theirs, or acknowledge them in some way. I didn't even stick around to ask for hot sauce because the window was slammed shut, and she had walked away from me. I wasn't rude or demanding at all so I'm not sure what her issue was, she just seemed like she didn't want to be there, and do bare minimum requirements for her job.

We love their crisp burritos and soft tacos. This store is the best Fiesta Ole store in town. The service is a little slower, but the quality and cleanliness is better.
